A healthcare company is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist in Campinas. Laboratórios Doctor is a company specialized in clinical analyses and diagnostics. It provides high-quality services using advanced technology to meet the population's health needs. **Responsibilities:** Ensure receipt, storage, distribution, and transportation of medications and products, complying with required conditions (temperature, expiration date, etc.). Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacy Practices and regulations issued by ANVISA and other regulatory bodies. Monitor and supervise the inventory of medications and hospital supplies, ensuring continuous and safe supply. Oversee distribution logistics, from storage through dispensing and administration. Manage invoices and recordkeeping for controlled medications according to current legislation. Conduct training and guidance for the multidisciplinary team regarding safe medication use, drug interactions, and best practices. Supervise routines for verification, inventory control, and disposal of expired medications. Evaluate medical prescriptions and advise the care team on dosage adjustments and potential adverse reactions. Engage in pharmacovigilance and technovigilance activities. Guarantee traceability of psychotropic drugs and medications used in emergencies. Participate in audits, inspections, and multidisciplinary meetings, providing technical input for hospital protocols and routines.
