Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and optimizing inventory and logistics processes, leading teams, and ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and KPI analysis * Responsible for compliance with inventory/logistics department procedures and processes; * Responsible for inventory/logistics department KPIs and related actions to achieve them. * Prior experience in this role and in inventory/logistics companies is required. * Perform data entry and maintenance of inventory spreadsheets; * Conduct inventory counts; * Responsible for picking and verification of materials for customer deliveries, according to sales scheduling; * Lead and train the operational team, assigning tasks. * Supervise product collection, verification, and proper storage. * Conduct and manage cyclic and rotating inventories to ensure 100% accuracy. * Generate management reports and analyze KPIs to drive improvements and cost reduction. * Prior experience with WMS is mandatory; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus. Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus. Must reside in Campinas; Bachelor’s degree completed.
