Job Summary: Coordinate overall construction organization, performing planning, monitoring, and team and resource management to ensure accurate project execution. Key Highlights: 1. Team supervision and assurance of project quality Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Postgraduate specialization/MBA in Project Management is desirable; * Basic engineering knowledge (fundamentals of mathematics, physics, materials science, soil mechanics, surveying, economics, project management, and technical communication); * Technical standards, occupational safety, and basic labor legislation; * Specific project management knowledge (objective definition, planning, communication, monitoring, risk management, cost management, etc.); * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Critical analysis of reports, designs, costs, and schedules; * Construction methods and sequence of field activities; * Coordinate overall construction organization through initial project planning—including schedule and cost definition—in collaboration with the Contract Manager, according to scope and available resources. * Conduct studies on methods and resources for service execution, considering all project variables, to deliver accurate performance across all construction phases. * Monitor activities that may generate material risks or threats to life safety, supervising work execution in accordance with applicable regulations. * Quantify required materials and services for construction execution based on design documents and on-site surveys. * Request resources needed for construction execution to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and workforce. * Coordinate and supervise internal and third-party teams, overseeing administrative processes, occupational safety, and field activity execution—ensuring compliance with labor laws, technical execution standards, quality requirements, and high performance. * Prepare and complete technical reports per company standards and client or project manager requirements, maintaining detailed records of project activities—including progress, work impediments, significant design or scope changes—and demonstrating compliance with applicable regulations. * Conduct surveys to prepare additional budgets during construction, driven by client demand or specific project requirements. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards; * Control and guarantee project quality. 2512090203141013051
