* Report generation; * Database manipulation; * Presentations; * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements; * Analyze demands from judicial bodies and consumer protection agencies; * Interact with internal and external bodies to improve practices adopted in registration and billing processes; * Analyze customer demands related to electricity bills; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in measuring service and materials contracts, evaluating and verifying supporting technical documentation; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in analyzing and verifying supporting documentation for service and materials contracts; Tabulation of data and quantification of satisfaction and/or sustainability surveys among customers served by PEE projects; Updating the database registration of consumers potentially eligible for energy efficiency projects, as directed by the CONTRACTOR; * Advise the CONTRACTOR in analyzing project audit reports; * Analyze technical demands arising in municipalities, entities, communities, and consumers across various sectors covered by the projects, and forward them to Cemig D; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in negotiating with local authorities, community leaders, and residents to implement the projects; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in meetings with community leaders, entities, and consumers across various sectors to enable project feasibility; * Monitor and report updates to applicable legislation affecting the public call process for projects, for analysis and action by the CONTRACTOR; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in training related to energy efficiency and public calls for projects; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in clarifying doubts regarding the public call process for projects; * Assist the CONTRACTOR before regulatory bodies; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in drafting technical specifications for service contracts required for PEE project execution; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in drafting technical specifications for energy-efficient materials and equipment to be used in PEE projects; * Operate computerized systems and other tools provided by the CONTRACTOR, performing correct registration, updating, and data collection as required by the CONTRACTOR; * Organize and process information and feedback enabling evaluation of implemented actions and procedures; * Operate computerized systems and other tools provided by the CONTRACTOR, including ERP — Enterprise Resource Planning systems, performing correct registration, updating, and data collection as required by the CONTRACTOR; * Assist in configuring reports according to the CONTRACTOR’s needs; * Assist in data and information entry and extraction into the CONTRACTOR’s systems and controls; * Provide required copies, digitalizations, or printouts by operating the CONTRACTOR’s reprographic equipment; * Face-to-face or telephone contact as required by the CONTRACTOR regarding professional activity matters; * Promptly provide clarifications and information to the CONTRACTOR regarding requested services; * Perform other related activities, when necessary and upon request of the CONTRACTOR, related to payments and bill issuance; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in analyzing measurement and verification plans and reports for projects; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in analyzing final project reports; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in preparing measurement and verification reports and final project reports for submission to ANEEL; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in analyzing energy audits; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in documentary analysis of the public call; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in preparing spreadsheets and documents related to the public call process; * Coordinate communication with institutions served via email, telephone, and WhatsApp for alignment and general responses; * Perform other related activities for projects in other municipalities within Cemig’s concession area, with willingness to drive; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in conducting economic feasibility studies for implementing energy efficiency projects; * Assist the CONTRACTOR in evaluating projects submitted through public calls; * Support preparation of the project plan, development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), preparation of detailed activity schedules with allocation of resources required for project implementation, quantified, leveled, and distributed throughout the project implementation period; * Monitor physical progress of projects; * Keep project office software updated with project planning; * Monitor activity development using schedules, S-curves, and measurement progress; * Monitor physical execution of the project and adjust (replan) schedules; * Prepare, monthly, project planning realignment to identify deviations from the baseline plan and list and monitor required corrective actions; * Validate project execution schedules (critical path, WBS, and resource histogram); * Record communication events through meeting minutes containing a minimum set of data: attendance list, agenda, decisions made, issues requiring subsequent resolution, authorizations, and approvals; * Ensure all project-related information is constantly updated per the information collection and distribution process established in each project’s communications management plan; * Prepare Lessons Learned Report. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree recognized by official bodies in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Automation, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Windows computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet, for typing and formatting documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as requested; * Fluency in written communication; * Writing and interpretation of informative texts; * Physical and mental aptitude, considering the nature and responsibilities of the position; * Ability to interact with people; * Organizational skills; * Ability to handle adverse situations and demonstrate initiative compatible with the role; * Knowledge and experience in the field of activity; * Experience executing projects in the electrical/energy field and/or project management; * Experience in energy efficiency projects is a plus; * Ease interpreting technical documentation / reading / writing.
