Job Summary: A company is seeking an SMT Engineer for full process management, KPI monitoring, technical support, and participation in NPI. Key Highlights: 1. Full SMT process management 2. Participation in NPI and industrialization of new products The company seeks an SMT Engineer based in Indaiatuba. **Responsibilities:** Full SMT process management (printer, SPI, pick \& place, reflow, AOI). Definition of parameters, setups, and process control. Monitoring and improvement of KPIs (OEE, FPY, MTBF, etc.). Technical support to the maintenance team. Participation in NPI and industrialization of new products. Interface with engineering, quality, production, and maintenance departments. Preparation of technical documentation and process validation. Bachelor's degree required.
