Manage quality and drive continuous process improvement **Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a Project Coordinator to strategically lead projects and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and excellence in client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality Lead cross-functional teams, promoting integration across departments Deliver periodic reports to clients and management on results and KPIs Manage quality and drive continuous process improvement Directly manage and monitor processes at the client site Identify risks and propose effective solutions to project challenges **Requirements:** ----------------- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields Proven experience in manufacturing environments, quality management, or leadership of production/technical teams Knowledge of quality tools (5W2H, 5S, 8D, PDCA) Experience with ERP systems (Protheus preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience in quality control and management Behavioral competencies: Leadership and people management Strong problem-solving ability Clear and assertive communication Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure Desirable Qualifications: Prior experience in projects with direct client interface Experience in dynamic industrial environments.
