Job Summary: Coordinate industrial metallurgical production, covering cutting, bending, fabrication, and assembly, managing activities across multiple units. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive, dynamic profile with management capability **Plan and coordinate all industrial production, covering laser cutting, bending, rolling, fabrication, assembly, welding, and projects. \- Manage and monitor activities at both units located in Santa Bárbara d'Oeste and Sumaré, acting as a process management pivot. \- Conduct daily meetings with production teams to align deadlines, deliveries, and communicate with sales when necessary. \- Prior experience required in this role within the metallurgical industry, with focus on cutting, bending, fabrication, and assembly. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel. \- Proactive, dynamic profile with process management capability.** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.800,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
