Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to handle real estate regularization, interface with public agencies, and provide technical support to internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for legal, expansion, and construction-related decisions We are currently looking for a Civil Engineer to join our corporate office located in Sumaré. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering – Active CREA registration. **Knowledge:** Real estate regularization with municipal governments (Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Completion of Construction (CCO), construction and operating permits), analysis and interpretation of architectural and topographic plans and projects, understanding of annexation, subdivision, and property boundary correction procedures, coordination with public agencies: municipal governments, notary offices, municipal secretariats, among others; AutoCAD software. **Skills:** Reading and interpreting urban planning legislation, managing real estate approval and regularization processes with municipal governments and other public agencies, organizing and managing multiple concurrent processes, supporting internal departments (legal, expansion, construction) with technical information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** Analyze municipal legislation related to land use and occupation, construction potential, and instruments such as EIV/RIV/RIT. Provide technical support for regularization processes of existing properties, managing all procedural steps until issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion of Construction (CCO). Conduct or supervise the collection of technical prerequisites (e.g., topographic surveys) to support new development projects. Accompany company representatives to municipal governments and notary offices to monitor and expedite ongoing processes. Submit, track, and execute technical procedures with public agencies, ensuring engineering project approvals align with scheduled timelines. Prepare and/or review technical responses to notifications (e.g., “Comunique-se”) and other municipal government requirements. Initiate annexation, subdivision, or boundary correction procedures for properties, coordinating both technical and documentary stages.
