We are PAKMATIC—join our team! **Your Key Challenges:** Supervise and lead warehouse operations, ensuring physical organization, inventory control, and operational discipline through the implementation and maintenance of clear processes, guaranteeing accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness to production and other departmental demands. **Main Responsibilities** * Directly lead the warehouse staff and assistants, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring daily operational discipline. * Organize and standardize the warehouse, including material addressing, identification, layout, and movement flow. * Implement and ensure compliance with processes for:. * Ensure strict control over material inflow and outflow, minimizing discrepancies and rework. * Guarantee inventory accuracy (physical vs. system) through cyclic and general inventories. * Act practically within operations, monitoring routines and immediately correcting deviations. * Develop the team by delivering technical training and fostering continuous activity improvement. * Monitor operational KPIs (accuracy, losses, response time, organization), directly addressing problem resolution. * Drive continuous process improvement, focusing on productivity, error reduction, and space optimization. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably in an industrial environment with team leadership experience. **Technical Qualifications:** * Practical experience in warehouse organization * Inventory control and inventory management * Knowledge of logistics processes (receiving, storage, shipping) * Experience with ERP systems * Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. **You Will Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience in the metallurgical industry * Practical knowledge of 5S methodology * Forklift operator certification * Knowledge of technical drawing and/or metrology **Benefits:** * Co-payment medical plan; * Dental plan with payroll deduction; * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy benefit; * Group life insurance; * Attendance bonus; * Anhanguera University partnership Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * This opportunity is for Santa Bárbara d'Oeste.
