**Flexographic Printing Assistant (Start Date: 01/05/2026)** We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to work as a **Printing Assistant**. Your primary mission will be to provide full support to the machine operator, ensuring that supplies are never depleted and that the equipment remains clean and well-organized. Key Responsibilities * **Material Feeding:** Load the machine with raw material rolls and remove printed rolls. * **Ink Management:** Assist in ink preparation, add solvents to maintain viscosity, and replenish ink reservoirs during production runs. * **Cleaning (Critical):** Wash ink pans, ink reservoirs, ink pumps, anilox rollers, and printing plates immediately after use. * **Setup:** Assist the operator in changing sleeves, plate holders, and gears for job changeovers. * **Organization:** Collect trimmings and waste (refile), weigh them, and deliver them to the correct location (scrap or recycling). * **General Support:** Retrieve materials from the warehouse and assist in final product packaging, if required. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Completed High School. * **Experience:** Prior experience in this role is not mandatory, but experience in a **manufacturing/industrial environment** is a plus. * **Knowledge:** Basic math skills (for verifying measurements and quantities) and measurement tools (tape measure/ruler). * **Physical Requirements:** Physical stamina for handling materials (rolls and ink cans). Desirable Qualifications (Preferred) * Technical Drawing Reading and Interpretation or Metrology course. * Previous work experience in packaging, label, or tag manufacturing companies.
