Ensure the correct receipt of goods, verifying quantities and quality of received products. **Responsibilities and duties** * Prepare the department for goods receipt, allocate space for pallet placement, verify area cleanliness, and commence operations. * Receive goods, prepare receiving areas, and inspect shipment documentation (type, batch, brand, quantity). * Unload trucks, assess overall packaging condition and seal integrity, select samples, verify conformity with purchase orders and product quality standards, measure refrigerated truck trailer temperatures for perishable deliveries; if compliant, proceed with unloading. Consolidate shipment documentation and deliver it to the invoicing office for appropriate action. * Direct unloaded goods to their designated storage locations, label pallets with batch number, product type, and expiration date, and coordinate goods storage.
