If you believe in the power of energy to transform the world, join our team. **What you’ll do here:** ---------------------------------- * Perform daily cleaning and organization of the boiler area, biomass yard, equipment, and other general cleaning tasks at the facility; * Remove combustion residues (e.g., ash and sand) throughout the shift to maintain equipment in operational condition; * Maintain direct and clear communication with the lead operator, Utilities Operators II and III, and the unit manager regarding any anomalies and/or deviations in the boiler area; * Occasionally assist in monitoring the boiler via the supervisory system and immediately report any detected anomalies to the unit manager; * Assist Utilities Operators II and III in inspecting instruments and equipment (boiler, filters, compressed air, etc.), monitors, valves, etc., and conduct visual inspections of equipment to prevent operational shutdowns; * Know and comply with operational procedures, safety standards, and requirements, including the client’s internal procedures, interrupting any non-compliant activity; * Assist, as needed, in low-complexity activities related to equipment operation and maintenance to keep the boiler area well-maintained and in good operating condition. **What we expect from you:** ---------------------------- * Completed high school education; * Experience in industrial production; * Driver’s license category B; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits for you:** ------------------------- * Annual PLR (Profit Sharing Program): participation in profits based on goals and results. * Mobility via Flash (flexible card). * Meals via FLASH, including on-site meals depending on the facility. * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave. * Medical, dental, and life insurance. * Pharmacy benefit program to facilitate health care. * ComBio Health and Wellness Program: TOTALPASS partnership with over 1,300 gyms; SESI partnership. * ComBio Corporate University + discounts at various educational institutions
