RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage unit services, ensuring excellence in customer service and achievement of company-defined targets; * Supervise menu execution and cost management, promoting innovations to ensure customer satisfaction and contract profitability; * Ensure work quality and safety, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and policies to achieve zero accidents and foodborne illnesses (DTAs); * Manage people—including recruitment, benefits administration, timekeeping, and training—to foster an inclusive and sustainable work environment; * Conduct cash register opening and closing procedures, reporting to Finance and Operational Supervision; REQUIREMENTS: * Completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills; * Experience in industrial kitchen operations; * Leadership skills, experience with management systems, customer focus, attention to detail, and dynamism; * Easy access to the SALTO region JOB DETAILS Working hours: 07:00–16:48 Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off WE OFFER: Medical and dental assistance; On-site meals; Meal allowance; Childcare allowance; Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; Parking; Annual profit-sharing (PLR) contingent upon achievement of company goals; Partnership with SESI; Lifecard; Discount at Quitanda store.
