Lead technical packaging projects autonomously, connecting internal departments, plants, customers, and suppliers to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions.**Key responsibilities**
Lead projects autonomously, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and established objectives.
Build and maintain a robust internal relationship network, enabling interaction across various departments and facilitating activity execution.
Establish and maintain contact with customers and suppliers for project development monitoring and support.
Provide technical support to production units, performing analysis and resolution of issues.
Deliver presentations to customers and conduct internal and external training sessions.
Continuously interact with departments such as Production, Quality, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and with customers.
Actively participate in innovation projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Execute internal commercialization-related processes, including SAP system registrations, approvals of packaging artwork and formulations.
Plan, execute, and monitor industrial trials at production units, collecting data and evaluating performance and results obtained.
Participate in internal committees, such as the 5S program, contributing to continuous process improvement.
Ensure organization, maintenance, and application of good practices in the packaging laboratory.**Qualifications and skills**
Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Intermediate-level English proficiency.
Basic Spanish (a plus).
Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging, preferably in R&D.
Willingness to travel.
