This is an opportunity for those wishing to develop professionally within a dynamic, collaborative environment offering space for growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will ensure technical, commercial, and operational excellence, as well as compliance with current legal regulations. Main responsibilities include: * Ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory requirements set forth by supervisory agencies; acting as the responsible party before ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency) and Sanitary Surveillance regarding controlled drug movements; managing the SEMC (Controlled Drug Recordkeeping System) and SNGPC (National Controlled Products Management System); * Attending customers, administering injectables; providing pharmaceutical counseling and guidance; dispensing medications; verifying expiration dates of medications in stock and in sales areas; * Verifying and ensuring other employees check all other products; * Inspecting and maintaining the psychotropic drugs cabinet in an orderly and clean condition; * Organizing and maintaining the injection room clean and compliant with current legal standards, including daily temperature checks; * Developing and keeping the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updated; * Guiding and training staff on medication dispensing, prescription review, and compliance with current legislation governing medication sales; * Contributing to store performance goals through activities in the pharmacy department, such as attending customers, identifying their needs, reviewing medical prescriptions, demonstrating products to consumers, providing usage information, and offering similar or generic products in accordance with current legislation—aiming to attract customers, ensure their satisfaction, and achieve predefined targets; and * Performing other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and commitment * Customer satisfaction focus * Ethics and adherence to current legislation. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * Tuition Assistance * Birthday Day Off Rede Drogão Super has a solid and recognized track record in pharmaceutical retail.
