Job Summary:
An organized and responsible professional who ensures product integrity and quality by controlling processes, conducting audits, and supervising sanitary compliance.
Key Highlights:
1. Responsible for analyzing and controlling product integrity and quality
2. Conducts audits and monitors action plans for non-conformities
3. Ensures compliance with Good Practices and sanitary legislation
**Key Responsibilities:**
1\. Analyze product integrity to segregate (damaged items or quality deviations).
2\. Address discrepancies due to quality deviations during receipt of controlled and temperature-sensitive medications.
3\. Conduct audits (Pharmaceutical Self-Inspection) at the distribution center.
4\. Monitor the development and implementation of action plans for self-inspection non-conformities.
5\. Monitor and analyze temperature and humidity.
6\. Control documents and certificates of the distribution center.
7\. Manage product recall processes.
8\. Responsible for training on Good Practices.
9\. Develop and review the Good Practices manual and technical SOPs.
10\. Ensure recording in control spreadsheets of activities affecting product integrity and quality. (Receiving checklist, temperature, maturation, etc.)
11\. Responsible for equipment qualification processes.
12\. Responsible for supplier and service provider qualification processes.
13\. Responsible for analyzing and handling Service Now complaints.
14\. Responsible for compliance with procedures related to Good Practices for receiving, storage, and transportation of products.
15\. Responsible for calibration of thermo-hygrometers.
16\. Responsible for requesting and monitoring pest control / rodent control / water tank cleaning services.
17\. Manage the 5S program.
18\. Present sanitary indicators in regulatory reporting meetings.
19\. Participate in support area meetings.
20\. Receive and accompany sanitary audits (CRF and COVISA).
21\. Provide technical support regarding sanitary legislation and Good Practices for receiving, storage, and transportation of medications and products.
22\. Analyze and approve inventories of controlled medications and antibiotics.
23\. Responsible for registering entries and exits of controlled substances in the recordkeeping system.
24\. Responsible for submitting maps and reports of controlled medications to the relevant authority.

**Work Schedule:** Shift B - Mon to Fri: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; Sat: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM
