




Description: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Active registration with the Pharmacy Council. * Provide technical oversight of area activities, supported and assisted by the Responsible Pharmacist and/or the Technical Responsible Pharmacist (TRP) of the unit; * Interface with departments and submit activities to the immediate supervisor for approval, ensuring timely and efficient workflow; * Understand, interpret, and comply with legislation applicable to hospital activities and pharmaceutical care; * Participate in the control, use, and recording of medications listed in Ordinance No. 344/98 and other controlled substances regulated by Sanitary Surveillance and other regulatory bodies; * Receive and technically evaluate medical prescriptions to verify compliance, aiming to authorize prescription release; * Develop and discuss with Nutrition the Drug-Nutrient Interaction Chart, ensuring no interactions occur that could interfere with patients’ clinical progression; * Validate patients’ medications to ensure adherence to institutional criteria; * Actively participate in multidisciplinary patient rounds, discussing cases and proposing actions to support implementation of proposed therapeutic plans; * Provide discharge counseling according to the unit’s epidemiological profile; * Prepare staff work schedules, subject to validation by the TRP; * To hold the position of Pharmacist, the incumbent must possess a valid registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF), with all financial obligations fully settled with said council; * Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor. 2512210202551931245
