Your work will directly impact value delivery to our customers and the overall performance of our production chain. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Production Planning and Scheduling** Create, update, and monitor production schedules, ensuring alignment between raw material availability and manufacturing deadlines. * **Production Monitoring** Monitor all stages of the production process to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * **Inventory Management** Control inventories of raw materials and finished goods to prevent production or delivery interruptions or delays. * **Support for Procurement and Supply Chain** Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper material flow, avoiding bottlenecks and supplier billing failures. * **Issuance of Production Orders** Organize and issue manufacturing orders according to technical specifications for each item. * **Management Analysis and Reporting** Develop performance reports and charts, delivering insights to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement. **Essential requirements:** ✅ Solid PCP experience, preferably in the metallurgical sector ✅ Advanced Excel proficiency ✅ Practical ERP system knowledge ✅ Analytical ability, organizational skills, and systemic vision ✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills with teams and suppliers **Preferred qualifications:** ⭐ Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields ⭐ Hands-on factory floor experience and direct exposure to machining and manufacturing processes ⭐ Proactive problem-solving and results-oriented mindset **Want to grow in a dynamic environment with real challenges and opportunities to innovate?** Join a solid company focused on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
