Job Summary: A professional to operate and analyze optical fiber measurement instruments, perform maintenance, diagnostics, and collaborate with the engineering team on transmission solutions. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop efficient solutions **Company:** A Brazilian telecommunications company. **Location** * Campinas/SP, with operations in nearby cities within the state of São Paulo. The company has projects across various regions of Brazil, requiring **frequent travel**, as demanded by project needs. **Work Schedule** * Business hours (Monday to Friday). * **Weekend work may occur occasionally**, depending on project requirements and schedules. **Responsibilities** * Operate measurement instruments such as PM, Fiber Scope, OTDR, Light Source, PMD, and Chromatic Dispersion analyzers; * Assist in splicing, analysis, and diagnostics of optical fibers; * Participate in conducting and interpreting measurement tests; * Contribute to analyzing and locating transmission towers and support implementation of advanced transmission systems; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on measurement and diagnostic equipment; * Work collaboratively with the engineering team to identify efficient solutions for transmission issues. **Requirements** * Technical education in Telecommunications, Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields; * Active CREA/CFT registration; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Relevant work experience. **Benefits** * Meal and food allowance via Alelo card; * Medical and dental plan for you and your dependents; * Physical health support through Gympass; * Birthday Day Off; * On-site fitness classes; * Payroll-deductible loan via Creditas; * Pharmacy discount program; * Childcare allowance / PCD allowance for parents of children with disabilities.
