Job Summary: Work as a pharmacist preparing antineoplastic agents, performing clinical practice, inventory management, and other related activities in compliance with regulatory standards. Inventory management and administrative tasks Description: Mandatory: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy * Postgraduate degree in Oncology Pharmacy * Experience in compounding pharmacy for oncology drugs. Desirable: * Residency in Oncology; * Work as a pharmacist preparing antineoplastic agents, adhering to good compounding practices and antineoplastic therapy preparation guidelines, institutional procedures and policies, and current regulatory standards. * Perform clinical practice in prescription validation and communication with the healthcare team. * Carry out administrative duties and inventory management. * Perform other related tasks as directed by the supervisor; * To perform these duties, the pharmacist must meet at least one of the following criteria, verified by the Regional Council of Pharmacy: hold a specialist certification issued by the Brazilian Society of Oncology Pharmacists (SOBRAFO); have completed a residency program in Oncology; be a graduate of a lato sensu postgraduate program in Oncology Pharmacy recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); or have worked for three (3) years or more in the field of oncology, which must be substantiated by the Worker's Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or by an employment contract and service declaration specifying the duties performed and the duration of employment 2510290202531777025
