Preparation and delivery of safety training Job Description Perform occupational safety-related activities, working preventively to eliminate or reduce the risk of occupational accidents/illnesses, while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation, pursuing innovation and excellence in prevention. Responsibilities and Duties: Perform occupational safety-related activities, working preventively to eliminate or reduce the risk of occupational accidents/illnesses, while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation; Lead CIPA and fire brigade management, aiming to implement corrective and preventive measures for occupational accidents; Demonstrate, through documentation, the company's engagement in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the number of occupational accidents; Provide assistance in cases of occupational accidents and investigate their causes to prevent recurrence; Develop safety training programs, including awareness-raising initiatives and dissemination of safety standards, aiming to foster a preventive attitude among employees regarding occupational safety; Manage occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements (NRs, PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, etc.); Conduct studies and prepare preliminary risk analyses (PRAs); Record traffic accidents involving vehicles belonging to the company fleet; Conduct safety inspections in operational areas; Periodically perform checklists to verify the condition of machinery, equipment, and tools, ensuring safe operating conditions; Participate in the client's safety committee, when established; Conduct periodic safety inspections of company fleet vehicles and employee transportation vehicles to ensure necessary safety conditions. Deliver training sessions. Requirements and Qualifications: Education: Technical degree in Occupational Safety Relevant work experience Willingness to travel.
