Description

The Security Center of Fazenda da Grama Condominium is seeking a Monitoring Operator to join its team. The professional will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing security operations through CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control systems, with emphasis on attention to detail, prompt response to incidents, and strict adherence to procedures in a high-standard environment. Key Responsibilities * Monitor operations using camera systems (CCTV); * Monitor alarms, access events, and movements; * Record incidents and relay information to responsible teams; * Provide operational and administrative support related to monitoring; * Follow internal security protocols and procedures; * Prepare simple monitoring reports when required. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy; * Strong communication skills and attention to detail; * Proactive, responsible, and organized profile; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Work Schedule:** * Rotating shift schedule (12 hours on / 36 hours off), either from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, as required by the department. * Working hours are subject to change according to departmental demand.
