We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct training for operational-level employees and leaders across Telemont’s regional service units, using techniques, methods, standards, and procedures; * Support operational-level employees and leaders through primarily technical training, including developing training materials, administering required assessments, and providing feedback; * Support training and development management by maintaining documentation such as attendance lists and assessments, preparing reports, and identifying improvement opportunities; * Support the performance of newly hired employees and other course participants by conducting field monitoring or coordinating with their immediate supervisors; * Ensure training organization through material development and distribution, classroom and laboratory setup, issuance of participation certificates, and development and distribution of required assessments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Experience in fiber splicing and maintenance (e.g., FTTH installers); * Knowledge of pedagogy is desirable. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Discounts at partner pharmacies and stores.
