Job Summary: A professional responsible for forklift operation and multifunctional support in a logistics environment, performing cargo handling, warehouse organization, and operational support. Manual labor and shipping support during peak demand periods. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 3:40 PM Availability for overtime, night shifts, and Sunday coverage **SALARY** R$ 2\.436,00 per month **BENEFITS** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance of R$ 28.00 per day * Monthly food allowance * Health insurance after 90 days * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Productivity bonus * Hazard pay, where applicable **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsible for forklift operation to handle pallets, load and unload trucks, store goods in pallet racking systems, and replenish the order-picking area. The professional will also support the warehouse department by conducting volume verification, order picking, cycle counting, aisle organization, labeling, and damage control. In addition to equipment operation, manual tasks such as pallet assembly, box handling, cleaning of operational areas, and peak-hour shipping support are required. During periods of higher demand, the role may include supplier receiving and support to internal production and logistics departments. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education * Valid and up-to-date forklift operator certification * Prior experience in this role * Driver's license category B * Flexible availability regarding working hours * Aptitude for operational work * Easy access to the Campinas region **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in distribution centers * Familiarity with electric and gas-powered forklifts * Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) * Experience in inventory and shipping operations **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Work takes place in a logistics environment with heavy vehicle traffic, constant cargo movement, and the need for multifunctional support across warehouse, receiving, and shipping functions. Availability for extended working hours during monthly closings and seasonal periods is required.
