Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and Duties** **We count on you to:** Generate qualified participant demand through active prospecting and continuous relationship management; Prospect and structure partnerships with schools, companies, communities, churches, and organizations; Participate in and organize activations at mass events (e.g., June festivals, career fairs, corporate events); Qualify leads according to eligibility criteria; Forward qualified demand to the scheduling team with complete information; Maintain and develop long-term relationships with partners; Report monthly acquisition metrics and pipeline status. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Experience with partnerships or sales (B2C), preferably offline and field-based; * Experience in demand generation, active prospecting, and partnership development; * Desirable experience in healthcare, participant recruitment, or community work; * Proficiency in pipeline management tools and spreadsheets; * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); * Ability to qualify leads and perform initial screening. **Preferred Qualifications** * Established network in communities, schools, companies, churches, etc.; * Experience in social work or the third sector; Knowledge of group dynamics. * **Additional Information** **Work Unit:** Paulínia * **Work Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health Insurance with no monthly cost to the employee, including co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental Plan with co-payment for monthly fees; * Life Insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance; * SESC Partnership; * Physical Health Program – TotalPass; * Day Off – Healthcare Professionals; * Childcare Assistance (per internal policy).
