Carvisa is expanding its operations in the city of São Paulo and seeks External Prospectors for 100% field-based work (on the street). If you are communicative, highly energetic, physically fit, and eager to grow, this is your place! Compensation and Earnings Fixed Salary: R$ 2\.100,00 deposited into your payroll account. Performance Bonus: The sky’s the limit! Bonuses are paid on top of the fixed salary based on achieving active license plate targets. The Challenge: 100% Field-Based Work Your routine will be entirely outdoors, with no office involvement. Your mission is active prospecting and direct face-to-face engagement with drivers and potential customers, strategically operating at: Traffic lights and high-traffic intersections. Entrances of large supermarkets and shopping centers. Strategic city locations, always alongside our field team. The objective is to collect qualified contacts (drivers’ phone numbers/other data). Your results translate directly into income as our consultant team closes protection agreements! Bonus Table (Extra \+ Fixed Salary) The more our team converts your street-based approaches, the higher your bonus per active license plate: Bronze Target (70 sign-ups): R$ 10.00 per license plate. Silver Target (80 sign-ups): R$ 20.00 per license plate. Gold Target (90 sign-ups): R$ 30.00 per license plate. Diamond Target (100 sign-ups): R$ 40.00 per license plate. Elite Target (110\+ sign-ups): R$ 50.00 per license plate. Real Example: If the team closes 110 sign-ups through your street-based prospecting, you earn R$ 5\.500,00 in bonuses \+ your fixed salary of R$ 2\.100,00!
