**Delivery Attendant** About the position: Seo Poke is seeking an organized, agile professional with experience in delivery operations to directly handle digital channel communications and support delivery logistics. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with platforms such as iFood, 99Food, and operational management of motorcycle couriers. Key responsibilities: * Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and apps; * Order operation and tracking via iFood, 99Food, and other platforms; * Order verification prior to dispatch; * Delivery logistics management and motorcycle courier tracking; * Monitoring food preparation and delivery times; * Supporting delivery operation organization; * Handling incidents, delays, and providing customer support; * Assisting in strategies to improve ratings and customer experience; * Liaising with kitchen and operational teams to ensure order flow. Requirements: * Prior experience in restaurant delivery operations; * Operational knowledge of iFood, 99Food, and similar platforms; * Experience in logistics and motorcycle courier management; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Agility and organizational ability; * Proficiency with technology and systems; * Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in healthy food or fast-casual restaurants; * Knowledge of delivery performance metrics; * Experience delivering premium customer service; * Experience with ERP/restaurant systems.
