




**Responsibilities:** * Receptive telephone service to handle registration requests for pharmaceutical industry medication discounts; * Guide patients on medication acquisition, questions related to discounts and purchase locations, and data update procedures; * Conduct proactive outreach when necessary to follow up on questions or close pending incidents; * Record all interactions, including complaints and pharmacovigilance-related reports; * Identify and report adverse events or complaints regarding medication quality; * Email handling; * Identify and escalate cases involving registration or purchase issues for resolution. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in healthcare-oriented customer service and familiarity with pharmacovigilance concepts is desirable. * Clear and empathetic communication skills, dynamism, proactivity, and courtesy. * Ability to efficiently and systematically manage multiple processes and systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially basic-level Excel (desirable). * Availability to work in the Morumbi region.
