If you seek to join a solid, innovative company with a culture oriented toward professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive, analyze, and control documentation required for contract drafting. * Draft, prepare, and review contracts according to guidance provided by the company's contracted law firm. * Analyze and discuss clauses with the Legal Department; monitor contract deadlines and signatures. * Audit active contracts. * Insurance management (Fleet, Corporate, Civil Liability, Transportation, and Shareholders). * Prepare and monitor expiration dates of public powers of attorney. * Monitor judicial proceedings and legal disputes (civil, labor, and tax-related), with periodic reporting to senior management. * Manage trademarks and patents with the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI). **Requirements and Qualifications** * University degree in Administration or Law; * Strong organizational skills; * Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate/Advanced level; * Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management; **Additional Information** Shuttle service for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for activities and well-being; Basic food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
