The selected candidate will participate in a **blended learning program**, rotating between both categories, while performing typical day-to-day tasks of a **Flavorist Assistant**. It is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in flavor development, working closely with senior flavorists and participating in real laboratory projects.**Key responsibilities** * Prepare a wide variety of flavors, including simple blends, extracts, emulsions, and dry blends, to fulfill sample requests and project requirements. * Conduct physical, chemical, and organoleptic tests, as well as flavor analyses. * Collaborate with the analytical team on *flavour matching* projects. * Support the applications team on projects requiring assistance. * Acquire knowledge of regulatory and labeling requirements related to flavors. * Support senior flavorists across various internal and external projects. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage Kerry’s strengths and deliver the best **Taste & Nutrition** experience to customers. * Participate in sensory panels and other development activities. Maintain inventory of laboratory raw materials and supplies. * Continuously study various aspects of flavor development. **Qualifications and skills** * Preferably a degree in Chemistry (Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry) or related fields. * Degree in Food Science, Life Sciences, or relevant experience in the food/flavor/science industry. * **0–3 years of experience** in: Food Science; Laboratory work. * Olfactory and gustatory skills for sensory evaluation. * Intermediate English (minimum).
