




Support warehouse activities such as receiving and storing materials, in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform loading and unloading of materials from trucks, verifying their entry and exit against invoices and purchase orders, followed by proper organization in designated storage locations; * Receive and store materials using equipment that does not require specific training for operation; * Carry out storage, arrangement, preservation, and cleaning tasks for materials and the warehouse; * Serve customers at the warehouse counter, receiving requests and delivering requested materials; * Conduct inventory audits by performing physical counts to ensure stock item accuracy; * Issue material dispatch invoices; * Sort materials for return and forward related documentation for required procedures; * Check for expired items and monitor expiration dates; * Control and verify materials delivered by suppliers; * Organize material storage in appropriate designated locations; * Receive, issue, and file material movement documents; * Maintain up-to-date computerized material management systems with accurate records of material receipts and issuances; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in logistics or warehousing; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** We believe resources are precious and must be carefully managed to endure.
