Stimulating work environment with opportunities for professional growth **Boxer Soldas** is looking for a **Mid-Level Logistics Analyst** to join its Logistics team. This position will be responsible for inventory control and accuracy, inventory management, equipment traceability, and support to Technical Assistance and Sales departments, ensuring organization, operational efficiency, and reliability of information. We seek an analytical, organized candidate with solid experience in logistics routines and process control. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and monitor warehouse occupancy and organization, performing physical counts, cyclic inventories, and ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records; * Receive and inspect imported equipment, ensuring fiscal compliance and proper routing to internal departments; * Manage equipment traceability through QR code tracking and systemic recordkeeping; * Control internal stock movements (transfers, returns, demonstrations, and clearance sales), ensuring accurate system updates; * Record and track testing line data, including productivity metrics and identified defects, supporting Technical Assistance; * Develop and update work instructions and operational procedures for the department; * Provide logistical and operational information support to internal departments (Sales, Technical Assistance, and Executive Management); * Perform other duties related to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Experience in logistics, inventory control, or industrial operations; * Experience with inventories, internal movements, and systemic inventory control; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Intermediate Excel skills for data control and analysis; * Analytical, organized profile with strong sense of priority and focus on accuracy; * Must reside in Nova Odessa, Americana, or Santa Bárbara D’Oeste. **Additional Information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM **On-site work in Nova Odessa, SP** Our benefits: * Medical assistance (co-payment) * Dental assistance (free) * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher (VT); * On-site meals (co-payment); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy allowance; * TotalPass.
