Collaboration with internal departments and support to the testing line **Boxer Soldas** is seeking a **Senior Logistics Analyst** to join its Logistics team. This position will be responsible for inventory and stock control, inventory audits, receipt of imported equipment, QR Code-based traceability, and support to the testing line, ensuring accuracy of both physical and system data, as well as providing support to internal departments. We seek an analytical, organized professional with solid experience in logistics routines and stock control. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily counts of occupied stock locations, recording information in spreadsheets and the internal system; * Receive imported equipment, verifying fiscal documentation against physical items and directing them to the testing area; * Manage QR Code labels, performing registration, printing, and application on equipment to ensure traceability; * Update the testing line’s efficiency log daily, feeding productivity indicators; * Record and track defects identified on the testing line in the internal system; * Address Technical Support department requests related to equipment exchanges; * Issue and manage return and demonstration invoices for equipment; * Control equipment designated for clearance sales, performing transfers between stock locations; * Develop testing line work instructions, standardizing operational processes; * Conduct weekly cyclical inventory audits, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records; * Perform other duties related to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Experience in the logistics field; * Hands-on experience in stock control, inventory audits, and internal movements; * ERP system knowledge; * Excel proficiency for data control and analysis; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Must reside in Nova Odessa, Americana, or Santa Bárbara D’Oeste. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * On-site work in Nova Odessa/SP **Benefits** * Medical assistance (co-payment); * Dental assistance (free); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * On-site meals (co-payment); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy allowance; * TotalPass.
