Your mission will be: To perform auxiliary and administrative/operational activities in the logistics area, including planning and scheduling of logistics systems, enabling and developing product distribution and supply activities, managing logistics jointly with Sales, Procurement, and Production departments—including internal and external movement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for monitoring logistics transportation processes * Daily follow-up with carriers and third parties * Development of dashboards and departmental KPIs * Monitoring of KPIs and daily actions related to results * Management of KPIs and meetings with carriers * Experience as a **SuperUser** in corporate systems (ERP, WMS, TMS or similar) * Ability to configure systems, resolve issues, and provide advanced user support * In-depth knowledge of system functionalities and ability to train teams * Acting as the focal point for process improvements and integration **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Intermediate English proficiency preferred * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Advanced Power BI knowledge * ERP, WMS, and TMS system user experience **Additional Information** Work Location: Hortolândia Unit — Rua das Castanheiras 200 — Jardim São Pedro/Hortolândia.
