Logistical and operational information support to internal departments **Boxer Soldas** is seeking a **Senior Logistics Analyst** to join the Logistics team. This position will be responsible for inventory control and accuracy, inventory management, equipment traceability, and support to Technical Assistance and Sales departments, ensuring organization, operational efficiency, and information reliability. We seek an analytical, organized profile with solid experience in logistics routines and process control. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and monitor inventory occupancy and organization, performing counts, cyclic inventories, and ensuring physical-system accuracy; * Receive and inspect imported equipment, ensuring fiscal compliance and correct routing to internal departments; * Manage equipment traceability through QR Code control and systemic recordkeeping; * Control internal stock movements (transfers, returns, demonstrations, and clearance sales), ensuring correct system updates; * Record and track test line information, including productivity and identified defects, supporting Technical Assistance; * Develop and update work instructions and operational procedures for the department; * Provide logistical and operational information support to internal departments (Sales, Technical Assistance, and Executive Management); * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, or industrial operations; * Experience with inventories, internal movements, and systemic inventory control; * ERP system knowledge; * Intermediate Excel skills for data control and analysis; * Analytical, organized profile with a sense of priority and focus on accuracy; * Must reside in Nova Odessa, Americana, or Santa Bárbara D’Oeste. **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * On-site work in Nova Odessa/SP
