




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Quality Analyst to support and develop processes, ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement and excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Working in an environment that values autonomy and proactivity We are looking for a Junior Quality Analyst to support and develop the department’s processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations. This professional will play a fundamental role in standardizing procedures, supporting internal departments, and monitoring operational routines, directly contributing to continuous improvement and process excellence. Location: Indaiatuba/SP (hybrid model – onsite 2 to 3 times per week) Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Main Responsibilities: * Review, update, and standardize quality procedures and documents; * Conduct training and guidance for teams on processes and regulations; * Provide support to internal departments on quality-related topics; * Monitor and control environmental indicators (temperature and humidity); * Conduct inspections in operational areas, evaluating cleanliness, organization, and compliance; * Support technical assistance and logistics activities, ensuring quality standards; * Support internal audits and ensure adherence to quality procedures; * Support external audits (head office and certification bodies) and ensure appropriate handling of non-conformities; * Monitor deadlines and evidence to ensure effectiveness of actions; * Standardize and continuously improve processes; * Record, analyze, and track product and process non-conformities; * Participate in supplier and product qualification, evaluating documentary compliance; * Record and track customer complaints, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Support the Technovigilance process by investigating customer complaints and adverse events related to products; * Control product manual versions, ensuring correct distribution of current versions; * Control product labels, verifying whether registration information is accurate or providing such information for label production, and confirming proper labeling. Requirements: Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Engineering, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: * ANVISA RDC 665/2022 and ISO 13485:2016; * Quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA, 8D, among others); * Experience with medical devices. Language: * Intermediate English (written communication and reading skills). Behavioral Profile: * Autonomy and sense of responsibility; * Proactivity; * Self-motivated learner with strong willingness to learn. Other Requirements: * Must reside in Indaiatuba or surrounding region.
