Key Responsibilities: * Ensure correct and timely invoice issuance, guaranteeing compliance with operational and financial processes. * Verify contractual data, issue invoices, control receipts, and prepare reports to optimize departmental processes. * Invoice issuance and verification: Issue invoices for products and services, verifying order data, contracts, and applicable legislation. * Reports and KPIs: Prepare management reports on billing performance, monitor KPIs, and suggest process improvements. * Support and organization: Support internal and external audits, maintain organized financial records in the system, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth information flow. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Prior experience in an operational support role is a plus. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
