Collaboration with global and regional teams **Job Description** --------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PcDs).** We are seeking a professional to lead the regional systems operation supporting DHL Supply Chain’s logistics operations in Latin America. This role holds a strategic position in ensuring the stability, evolution, and efficiency of solutions used in warehousing and workforce management operations. The position collaborates closely with regional and global Technology, Operations, and Finance teams, ensuring governance, performance metrics, and service delivery excellence across operations in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and other countries in the region. This is an opportunity to lead a technology environment critical to the business, directly contributing to the continuity and evolution of the company’s logistics operations. **Requirements** -------------- **Mandatory** * Experience in logistics and warehousing operational processes * Experience managing multicultural and distributed teams * Knowledge of IT service management and best practices for incident, change, and problem management * Experience with mission-critical applications for business operations * Advanced English proficiency for interaction with regional and global teams * Leadership profile with strong organizational skills, process standardization, and results orientation **Desirable** * Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or workforce management systems (WFM) * Experience in logistics companies, 3PL operations, or retail * Spanish proficiency for interaction with Latin American countries * Knowledge of global governance models and IT service management **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Lead the regional systems operation supporting warehouse management across DHL Supply Chain’s Latin American operations * Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and evolution of systems critical to logistics operations * Support implementation and expansion projects for operations by conducting impact analyses and mitigation planning * Serve as the interface between regional and global teams and technology partners * Supervise systems related to shift scheduling and workforce management used in operations * Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of technology solutions used daily in operations * Lead a distributed team across multiple Latin American countries, promoting development and high performance * Ensure compliance with IT service management and governance practices * Monitor performance metrics and support financial control related to systems operations **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is the global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
