




Company: Lume Laser Position: Customer Service Assistant Position Objective: The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for managing interactions with customers and partners, scheduling and coordinating equipment rentals, ensuring services are delivered according to established timelines, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. This role is critical to ensuring each piece of equipment arrives at the correct location, on the scheduled date and time, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customers contacting via WhatsApp and other communication channels. Inform customers about rental fees and shipping costs. Schedule, confirm (ensuring accuracy of times and dates), and cancel rentals as needed by customers. Monitor rental scheduling, providing support and clarifying potential questions. Post-Sale: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys following rentals. Track and document customer feedback—including incidents—for discussion in strategic meetings. Monitor and update the incident log spreadsheet, recording incidents and corrective actions. Requirements: Education: Completed high school education. Experience and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Immediate availability to start. Agile, dynamic, and organized profile. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
