Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to precisely monitor key metrics. **Responsibilities:** * Creation, management, and optimization of campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads * Audience definition, segmentation, and investment strategy development * Daily monitoring of metrics including CPL, CPA, ROI, and performance indicators * Production of reports and strategic analyses * A/B testing, copywriting, and creative direction * Integration with landing pages and lead capture tools * Collaboration with the marketing team to improve results **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields * Proven experience in paid traffic * Proficiency in advertising platforms and analytics tools * Analytical and results-oriented profile * Must reside in Americana or Santa Bárbara d’Oeste Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.200,00 - R$2.600,00 per month
