




Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing layout projects, providing technical support for building maintenance and visual communication, and managing store and DPaschoal unit renovations. We value **diversity**, believing everyone is welcome. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop layout projects for stores and support areas, as required, driven by improving personnel arrangement at workstations and creating new spaces—thematic or otherwise—for internal and/or external events, or for deploying work teams. * Provide technical support to units regarding building maintenance, clarifying technical questions, advising on optimal cost\-benefit product purchases, and supporting the hiring of qualified service providers. * Develop layout projects and descriptive memoranda for renovations—including store openings, closures, or revitalizations. Based on the defined scope, prepare budgets for services and material procurement, hire service providers, and ensure project execution through delivery—including timelines, quality, and technical compliance. * Provide technical support for maintaining external visual communication of units (e.g., façades and totems), and support internal visual communication requests requiring building adaptations.
