We operate a high-speed hybrid business model: a robust online wholesale platform and a nationwide consignment model. **Job Mission** You are the link between the product and the customer. Your role begins when the item arrives from galvanization and ends when it reaches the buyer’s hands — whether via our website, a reseller’s sample case, or our showroom in Uberlândia. You ensure every item is correctly labeled, cataloged, packaged, and shipped with precision. When items return (exchanges, defects, returns), you resolve issues quickly and seamlessly. **DNA We Seek (Behavioral Competencies)** * Eagle Eyes (Quality): You spot defects, incorrect labels, or swapped SKUs before anyone else. Nothing passes through your hands without inspection. * Fanatical Organization: You know exactly what’s in each inventory location, what has been shipped, what has returned, and what is missing. There’s no “I think it’s there.” * Hybrid (Mind and Muscle): You operate systems, export registrations to the website, manage spreadsheets — and also assemble sample cases, label items, and pack boxes. * Expedition Pace: You understand that an order placed is an order with a deadline. Urgency doesn’t disrupt you — it’s part of your routine. * Operational Autonomy: You don’t wait to be told what needs doing. Your workstation is always ready for the next batch. **Required Experience and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Computer Proficiency: Fast typing and ability to quickly learn new systems. * Manual Dexterity: Skill in handling small items (earrings, rings) and performing labeling tasks. **Preferred Experience (Advantages)** * Prior experience in e-commerce inventory control or shipping operations. * Familiarity with Bling system and/or e-commerce platform. * Experience in fashion jewelry, apparel, and/or accessories. * Knowledge of invoice issuance and shipping label generation (Brazilian Post Office, freight carriers).
