




**Description:** **Required:** Completed higher education. Be responsible for the Clinical Center’s service flow, thereby ensuring high-quality service delivery; Adjust the number of professionals per area (Reception, Appointment Slip Issuance, Filing, Billing Data Entry) according to the unit’s needs; Monitor beneficiary service processes (reception and appointment slip issuance) to ensure compliance with institutional standards; Monitor administrative processes (filing, entry of administrative information, data entry for billing services rendered under other health plans), aiming to optimize unit organization and ensure financial revenue collection; Respond to complaints directed to the unit within the stipulated timeframe to minimize risks of sanctions by the ANS – National Supplementary Health Agency; Accommodate scheduling requests via the Central Scheduling Unit and via Web whenever possible; when such options are unavailable, escalate to Medical Management to minimize risks of sanctions by the ANS; Daily verify the closure of schedule statistics in the MKT system to ensure data quality for decision-making; Maintain an updated room occupancy schedule for the unit, optimizing physical infrastructure utilization; Keep unit documents updated and organized, thereby minimizing risks of sanctions by regulatory or oversight agencies; Control consumable material inventory, monitoring purchase requests and material replenishment to avoid wastage—thus preventing cost increases—and simultaneously ensuring essential supplies for service delivery are never depleted; Request work orders for the unit’s building maintenance services and ensure their completion, safeguarding GNDI Grupo NotreDame Intermédica’s image; Supervise whether unit waste disposal complies with the PGRSS – Health Service Waste Management Plan, thereby ensuring GNDI does not commit environmental crimes; Ensure monthly “Waste Disposal Day” implementation across units to maintain organizational order; Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization at the Clinical Center, guaranteeing appropriate service conditions and preventing emergence of new detractors that could harm GNDI’s reputation; Supervise service flow to ensure service quality and avoid negative scoring on the NPS (Net Promoter Score); Monitor daily adherence to staff work schedules to ensure all positions remain fully operational; Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor. 2512200202551929699
