Job Summary: The Senior Internal Auditor conducts internal audit processes in Governance, Finance, Legal, Reputational, Operational, and Technology areas, enhancing the quality and efficiency of audit work. We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join our team in Piracicaba or São Paulo\-SP. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Conduct internal audit processes covering Governance, Finance, Legal, Reputational, Operational, and Technology topics; * Participate in the **development, validation, and critical review of the Annual Internal Audit Plan**; * Lead and support all stages of audits, including **kick\-off meetings, test plan definition, execution of effectiveness testing, progress meetings (catch\-ups), closing presentations (no\-surprise and close\-out)**, and report preparation; * Monitor implementation of **action plans** resulting from conducted audits; * Support initiatives aimed at the **evolution and continuous improvement of Internal Audit**; * Perform analyses with **critical thinking**, contributing to risk identification and improvement opportunities; * Collaborate effectively with various departments while maintaining the **independence and impartiality** of the audit function; * Utilize technological tools and data analytics to enhance the quality and efficiency of audit work. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor\'s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science**, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking); * Experience with **internal audit techniques**, and knowledge of international standards (e.g., IIA); * Ability to prepare **executive reports** and presentations; * Proficiency in **advanced Excel** (formulas and data analysis); * Experience with **Data Analytics tools (ACL)** and/or **Power BI**; * Knowledge of **ERP/SAP**; * Strong communication skills, structured writing ability, and analytical capability; * Collaborative mindset, quick learning ability, and experience working in dynamic environments. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** **** **Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply; you will be informed if you advance):** * Application \- completing this form and providing additional information if required. * Intelligent Interview: In this stage, you will participate in an **audio interview supported by artificial intelligence**, a technology that helps us make the process faster and more standardized.
