Assist in and prepare main dishes, sauces, side dishes, and salads according to the established schedule. Perform next-day pre-preparation and food portioning according to recipes and daily schedules. Cook food items, ensuring proper doneness and adherence to defined quality standards. Deliver prepared items to the distribution counter or for storage, following hygiene manual procedures. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards at all stages of food handling. Previous experience as Head Chef, Assistant Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Buffet Cook may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
