Job Summary: The WF Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) projects, data organization, and administrative routines. The **WF Group**, with over 24 years of experience and involvement in national and international projects, is seeking **an Administrative Assistant** to join our team. If you are a dedicated professional with a dynamic profile and results-oriented mindset, this position is for you. **Your Responsibilities:** * Implement OHS projects (ADP and eSocial); * Update and organize Excel databases; * Monitor and review safety reports (2022 to 2024\); * Ensure information compliance for submission to eSocial; * Support administrative and systemic routines within the department; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (WORD/EXCEL); **Working Hours:** 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. **Note:** SPOT assignment with a duration of 2 months. **Why Join WF?** At WF, **safety is everything**.
