**Join CPFL Group and Accelerate Your Career.** **Your future deserves this energy!** **Senior Infrastructure Manager** Where you will work: Campinas/SP Work model: On-site Company: Nect Serviços Adm \- A company of CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Completed postgraduate degree; * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory); * Availability for frequent travel (geographically decentralized team across SP, South, and Northeast regions); * Proven experience in Infrastructure processes (Facilities, Asset Security, Real Estate Management, and Global Mobility). **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Manage the Infrastructure team, comprising Facilities, Asset Security, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, and Global Mobility, fostering technical and behavioral development of employees through continuous feedback, performance monitoring, and development plans—aiming for high performance and engagement; * Manage asset security by overseeing contracts and specialized teams, ensuring loss prevention, access control, surveillance, physical integrity of facilities, and mitigation of operational risks; * Manage the Group’s real estate portfolio, controlling occupancy, regularization, contracts, and usage negotiations—ensuring alignment with asset utilization strategy and reduction of real estate costs; * Manage Global Mobility operations, providing structured support to expatriate employees throughout mobility processes—including housing, security, local adaptation, and integration—with focus on experience and compliance; * Manage the area’s economic-financial performance, ensuring preparation and execution of annual operating expense (OPEX) and fixed-asset investment (CAPEX) budgets—with emphasis on predictability, expense control, and strategic investments; * Establish and ensure governance of area processes, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies, applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and audits—promoting compliance and mitigating legal and operational risks; * Implement technological solutions and innovations applied to infrastructure, promoting automation, digitalization, sustainability, and continuous evolution of asset management models; * Develop and execute long-term plans for physical infrastructure and support services aligned with the company’s strategic guidelines—considering regulatory, operational, sustainability, and future growth aspects. **What we offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Daycare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn a bit about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.
