We provide human resources solutions for various fields of expertise. **What will you do in this role?:** Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Manuals. Maintain updated standard product formulas; control attachments with controlled copies; conduct initial and refresher training; deliver occupational health and safety and environmental presentations for visitors and clients; initiate and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs); handle customer complaints and product returns; verify and archive production orders and general documents; manage inactive document archives; perform internal audits. Manage equipment maintenance—whether preventive, corrective, or calibration. TAG control (development and tracking); oversee wastewater collection, waste incineration, pest control, and water tank cleaning. Monitor fire hose and fire extinguisher maintenance. Control temperature and humidity levels in production areas and areas related to products. Contact and qualify suppliers of materials and service providers (quotations, phone calls, etc.). Ensure effective quality department oversight across the company’s technical departments. Perform tasks relevant to standard Quality Assurance Analyst routines.
