MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME CLT)

**Maintenance Technician** We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and multifunctional professional to join our team and serve as a key contributor to maintenance and operational support within the company. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities, directly contributing to space preservation and enhancing the experience of employees and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities; * Carry out minor electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs; * Maintain internal and external areas; * Support organization and maintenance of event infrastructure; * Assist in setup, dismantling, and organization of layouts and furniture; * Identify maintenance needs and propose improvements; * Ensure proper organization and use of tools and work materials. **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off (Monday to Saturday) Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * On-site cafeteria * Health Insurance (after 3 months) * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * SESC Benefits * TotalPass Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: Starting from R$3.000,00 per month Experience: * Building Maintenance (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
