Plan, organize, and conduct operational training for reception teams across all points of service (CEMED, SADT, Inpatient, Emergency Department); 2\. Develop specific educational content and teaching materials for customer service routines, including patient registration in the Tasy system, authorization of appointments, exams, and procedures via health plan portals, exam execution through the Overmind system, and appointment and exam scheduling via Motion; 3\. Train staff on assembling documentation routes for submission to billing and on the process for collecting fees for private-pay services; 4\. Evaluate training effectiveness in collaboration with managers and implement refresher training initiatives; 5\.
